The first thing you need when doing SEO is a good website. Your website must have CLEAN CODE. That means, there is not a lot of junk in it. It’s best to use CSS for styling and a table-less design. All of this is done for you with the WordPress platform.

Website built with CSS (preferrably WordPress)

Website with clean URLs (Mod-rewrite may be necessary)

Blog – In addition to original website, sitting on a different server.

Keyword rich navigation

Keyword rich content

Google Site Map

Before you build your website, you need to talk with an SEO and web marketing expert. I can’t tell you the number of times I get a client AFTER their website is built, only to have to redo everything to get the site up-to-par. Find out what you need BEFORE you spend a fortune on a site that won’t go anywhere.

b. use proper, grammatically correct capitalization and may not include excessive capitalization or use all capitals;

Twitter Adder is a software for managing your follows and followers on Twitter. It is a fabulous tool, but like Twitter itself, Twitter Adder is worthless if you don’t know how to use Social Media. You need to understand social media strategy if you want to effectively use the Twitter Adder Tool.

If you’re curious about effective strategies, start by checking out my 7 Steps to Social Media Success. This lays the foundation. You may also want to enroll in my Superstars Coaching Program to become a Certified Social Media Superstar and learn the pathway to becoming Famous Among Your Target Market.

I recommend Twitter Adder for serious Twitter users and companies. It may also be good for very small businesses, such as Realtors, if and only if they are very dedicated to using Twitter to generate leads.

The purpose of Twitter Adder is to amass followers. Having a gillion followers that you are not communicating with on a regular basis is worthless. The key is to get your social media program in order, then to grow your following and build your community using the tools available.

There is no “quick fix” social media solution. The heart of successful social media is relationships. You cannot automate relationships, as those are human… but you CAN automate the maintenance leading up to the introduction, and that’s what Twitter Adder is designed to do.

I am an affiliate of the tool because I use it and I believe in it. Feel free to follow one of my links to get the service for yourself.

When converting leads online into customers, you will need more than social media. You need more than a website. You MUST have an outstanding email newsletter program. There is no exception. There is no way around it. An email newsletter program is essential if you wish to convert leads online.

Pull People Through the Buying Process
Your email newsletter program helps to pull the prospects through the buying process.

Create Image In Their Mind of Success with Your Product

People refuse to buy online because the online purchase is all in the imagination. There is nothing tangible that they can see. It is your responsibility as the marketer to PULL them through the process. They need to see themselves using your product or service and succeeding. There can be NO DOUBT in their mind. The image must be firmly planted.

It’s not enough to capture a lead. If you’re selling info-products online, you need to make a sale. The goal is to make online sales without having to speak to every person individually. You want a website that is so succinct, so on-target, that it sells for you. This is the pinnacle of web success. This article will discuss the overall process of converting your website visitors into paying customers without your personal intervention. I am focusing mainly on the selling of info-products for this article.

1. Lead the prospects through a series of steps.
Show the prospects where to start with you, then lead them through the process of getting to know you, building rapport, giving tidbits of information, educating them as to your product, enticing them, persuading them, and getting increasingly stronger commitments. Lead your prospects to water so they can drink.

Step 1: Fill out form to get access to free info.
Step 2: Sign-up for a teleseminar or a webinar
Step 3: Offer low-price product.
Step 4: Offer higher-priced product.
Step 5: Offer highest-priced product.

2. Always leave the prospect wanting more.
Don’t give too much information away. Always leave your prospect wanting more. Hold some info back so that the prospect is forced to take the next step to learn more. This is extremely important. It is human nature to finish your sentences, to complete what you are saying, to finish making your point. You must become adept at stopping at a point to create momentum and anticipation for the remainder of your knowledge.

3. Create “Gaps in Knowledge.”
Show your prospects the areas in which they are not experts, and that you have the information that they need. Highlight mistakes, weaknesses and information gaps in their competitors and in the marketplace to show how your product or service provides the solution & information they need not to make the same mistakes.
