I have a design in mind that I like. Can you do this?
Yes. If you have a design you like, let us know and we will implement your ideas into your semi-custom website. If what you want is damaging to SEO, we will warn you before doing it.
What are your prices?
We have varying prices for every budget, however, it's important to note that the more work we do on your site, the faster the site will attain rankings in Google.

What is Search Engine Optimization?
Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of getting your website to the top of search engine results such as Google and Yahoo without paying-per-click.
Do I have to add my own listings?
No. Your listings will automatically pull from the MLS and shown on your website. If you have listings that are non-MLS, you will need to upload them to the MLS system. You can also upload additional photos of the properties in the event that you have more than your MLS system will allow.
Who owns the website?
The website code remains the intellectual property of The Marketing Shop.com, however, you own your website itself and are free to take it wherever you want at any time.
How are leads sent to me?
You will get leads through email and sometimes through the phone.
How does the site capture leads?
Your site will contain a number of lead capture forms such as the Contact Form, Dream Home Form, Request Info Form and Home Valuation Form.
Can my site be built to target leads from a specific area?
Yes, during the initial interview stage of the building of your website, we will get info from you regarding the areas you want to target. Then, we will conduct keyword research to determine the best phrases for capturing leads in your market.
Can you guarantee that my site will get leads?
While all of our website clients are happy with the quality of their websites and the leads they are receiving, we cannot guarantee that your real estate website will get leads. The leads you get will depend on other factors such as market conditions.
What are your rankings for other sites?
The Marketing Shop.com has websites ranking on the top page of Google, Yahoo and MSN for hundreds of keyword phrases. In some cases our sites will rank twice on the top page of Google. Please request to see a copy of our most current results brag sheet.
What if I don't want text on my home page?
Text is the only way that search engines can find you, and no where is it more important to include text than on your home page. We recommend designing around the text or making the text look more graphically interesting and easier to scan by use of links, titles and bullets.
I want certain links on my site. Is this possible?
Yes. Our Premium Real Estate Websites come with many Local Package options. We will research the content you choose from our broad list of topics such as area schools, restaurants, parks, local links and more.
I have several domain names, how do I handle this?
It doesn't do any good to have several domain names. All we need is one domain name. Please read the following article on domain names.
Who handles the hosting of the website?
We can handle the hosting of your website after it is built, or you can choose to have it hosted elsewhere. This is entirely up to you. Most of our clients prefer to use our hosting services. Our hosting services are included in the price of the Monthly SEO Services.
What is Monthly SEO Maintenance?
Monthly SEO Maintenance is the process of optimizing your website and linking it up with the rest of the web. We have a variety of packages for you to choose from. The one you choose will determine how much work is conducted monthly on your website.
Can I get an email address?
Yes, you can add email addresses to your hosting account located here: https://themarketingshop.com:8443.
Can I edit my website?
Yes. There are set pages that you can edit in the Client Control Panel located here: http://www.themarketingshop.com/clients Soon you will be able to add content as well as web pages and navigation buttons to your website.
How many leads can I expect to get from my website per month
The amount of leads you get from your website varies depending on your market, the time of year, the competitiveness of your area, the quality of your website and the quality and consistency of your Monthly SEO Maintenance. The leads our clients get varies from coast to coast. The longer your site is up, the more it saturates search results, and the more leads you should get.
How long will it take to start generating leads?
This depends upon a number of factors. Some of our clients get leads their first day online, others in more competitive markets take a bit longer. Some clients will supplement the natural search engine optimization (which takes longer), with Pay-Per-Click, which is immediate.
