What are you doing for me?
What we do for you for monthly SEO depends upon a number of SEO elements. Based upon our analysis, we decide what needs to be done. Click here for a list of typical SEO Tasks.
How long will it take to be successful?
This is not a 'get rich quick scheme." It takes time, dedication, persistence and financial commitment to get to the top of the search engines. The time frame varies from a month to a year or more. Thankfully there are other ways to generate traffic to your site during your waiting period; keep in mind, however, these web traffic generation techniques are usually not free.
How do you determine what you do each month?
We analyze your site rankings to determine what tasks we will perform for your site each month.
How are the SEO services broken down?
Depending upon which plan you choose, you get so many hours of our work per month. We take ownership of the process and are accountable to you for your websites results.
What is the difference between the plans?
All the Monthly SEO Plans contain the same features only in greater or lesser amounts. We have a range of tasks that need completion to effect the search engine rankings of our clients. The higher your SEO level, the more we do on your website each month.

What are the $ amounts in the (parentheses)?
The amounts listed above in parentheses are payments that we make on your behalf using a portion of the monthly fee you give to us. Think of it as if we were your ad agency handling your advertising budget. We take portions of your monthly SEO payment to buy incoming links for you on other sites. In doing this, we are very careful that the incoming links we purchase will optimally effect your search engine rankings.
Which SEO Plan should I choose?
Your choice of plans should be determined by a number of factors:
- Your aggressiveness in getting to the top of the search engines;
- Your eagerness to get leads from your website;
- Your time-table for completing 1 and 2;
- The competitiveness of your target keyphrases;
- Your staff's ability to handle the leads your website gets;
- Your budget
Can I make a suggestion as to content updates needed on the site?
We welcome your suggestions for updating the content on your website. We do recommend that you not stray from our original SEO purpose. We schedule your site's SEO maintenance roughly three months in advance. Our plan loosely dictates what we will be doing with your site. If you make an SEO web content suggestion we will include it in the following month's SEO tasks. Keep in mind that you can impede our plan by making your own requests for SEO. We recommend that you allow us to do our job of getting you to the top of the search engines for the keywords chosen at the onset of your website. We need to focus on our target first.
If you freshen my website's content will I be notified?
Part of our services includes the freshening of your website content. At times we will make adjustments to your site and your website content in order to get you to the top of the search engines. When we make changes to your website, you will be notified of the changes by email. It is your responsibility to go to your site and request corrections to any misinformation. We are not experts in every field, so there may be an error now and again. Please make sure you check our work as we are not responsible for web content information. All SEO correction requests will be handled within 24 hours.
How do I pay for the Monthly SEO Plan?
Monthly recurring credit card payments up-front required for all SEO plans. All Monthly SEO participants must pay using recurring credit card deductions at the first of each month.
Do you require a contract for the Monthly SEO Plan?
We have a Monthly SEO Agreement that that sets forth the terms of the month-to-month arrangement. We require a 30 day notice written notice of cancellation prior to the first day of the following month. We do not prorate SEO services.
Do you guarantee search rankings?
As stated in the Google Guidelines for Webmasters, no one can technically “guarantee” search engine rankings. The rankings are determined by secret algorithms that are programmed by the search engines. No SEO firm has control over the algorithms, thus none can guarantee rankings. We can guarantee you will have top rankings on your target keyphrases unless the search engine algorithms change substantially. Please keep in mind that it could take up to six months or more to achieve top rankings.
What is your Monthly SEO Plan termination policy?
Termination of this agreement requires 30 day written notice. In the rare event that a client decides to discontinue the monthly search engine optimization services, 30 day advanced written notice is required prior to cancellation.
Will I get a reports of my SEO progress?
Yes, we do offer detailed reports for your review. We have developed a custom SEO reporting system that measures just those elements of your sites optimization we need to take your site to the top. We provide you with a control panel and log-in to monitor our work and progress.
Can you optimize a site that you do not build?
Yes, we can optimize sites that meet certain criteria, even if we did not build them. Contact our representative to discuss whether your site is a good candidate for optimization.
