Where do the leads go, and who else sees them?

Your leads are your leads only. No one else has the opportunity to call on leads generated from your website other than those people you designate by email or some other format. The Marketing Shop SEO Department will also maintain access to your leads so that we may monitor them and increase their quantity. We will never share in information about your leads with others in your industry without your permission.

What do you need from me to get started?

We need to speak with you directly before getting started on your web design project so we understand your unique marketing position and what home buyers and sellers you want to target. We may send you a brief questionnaire or ask you to send us biographies of you and the other agents in your office.

We would appreciate photos of any kind for inclusion on your website. That includes photos of YOU. Real, earnest photos are the best way to create a rapport with the website visitor and compels them to action. Send us as many photos of you and your area, including landmarks, real estate, landscape and architecture.
