As stated in the Google Guidelines for Webmasters, no one can technically “guarantee” search engine rankings. The rankings are determined by secret algorithms that are programmed by the search engines. No SEO firm has control over the algorithms, thus none can guarantee rankings.
We can guarantee you will have top rankings on your target keyphrases unless the search engine algorithms change substantially. Please keep in mind that it could take up to six months or more to achieve top rankings.
How long will search engine optimization take to be successful?
This is not a 'get rich quick scheme." It takes time, dedication, persistence and financial commitment to get to the top of the search engines. The time frame varies from a month to a year or more. No. Registering multiple domain names does not increase your website rankings. Search engine crawlers can only read one domain name at a time. There are numerous factors that cause your site to rank a certain way, the domain name is only part of it. Trying to gain ground in the search rankings by using many different domain names can trigger spam filters by Google, thus penalizing your website. It's no big deal to forward one or two domain names to your site, but registering a ton of them and pointing them to your site is not a viable SEO tactic.
