Monthly SMO Fees
Monthly fees for SMO depend on which package you choose. Click here for SMO Packages.
Billing
Monthly Billing: All Monthly Fees are billed on a monthly recurring basis. The first billing cycle will be effective beginning with the first day of the next calendar month after your site is launched. All monthly charges are collected in advance by credit card from the 25-31st of the month immediately prior to your effective date.
Credit Card Payments: We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express for payment of monthly fees. You may also use PayPal through the monthly subscription program. We do not offer direct billing or accept checks for monthly fees at this time.
Credit Card Changes: It is the Client’s responsibility to notify us of any changes in credit card number or card expiration dates, and or to login to PayPal and change the credit card number (if using the PayPal system). We will notify Client by e-mail if credit card is declined. Fees not paid by the 15th will result in the interruption of services.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund Policy: Clients are billed in advance for work performed. We do not offer refunds.
Cancellations: Cancellations of Monthly Services require a 30 day notice prior to the first day of the next billing cycle. Clients may cancel services by signing our cancellation form and faxing it to us at 972-510-9177, or via Email to the following address: dotjenna at gmail. We are not responsible for website maintenance after cancellation period is fulfilled.
Refund Policy: dotJenna International does not offer refunds for our Social Media Optimization services.
Communications
Communications: Please send all communications via email the following email: dotjenna at gmail
Welcome Letter: When you get started with us, you will receive a Welcome Letter and other communications via email. Please set us up as a contact in your email program to prevent our messages from being routed to your spam folder in error. All emails will be either from dotJenna at gmail or from infusionmail.com. Make sure these will be accepted by your email inbox without being routed to your spam box.
Content
Content: dotJenna International retains worldwide copyrights to all content produced and may re-post said content in other areas on the web.
Web Content Writing: In Packages which provide written Content, dotJenna International and The Marketing Shop.com will produce the minimum of 200 words per page, unless stated otherwise in Package description. If more words are written or more pages are created, it is done at the sole discretion of Developer and does not effect the original Agreement. We are not responsible for the written content that is posted. It is the responsibility of the Client to edit the post content for accuracy.
General Provisions
No Verbal Agreements: There are no other verbal agreements and/or promises that are part of this Agreement. Any agreements must be made in writing and signed by both parties for validity.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure: It is understood that certain confidential information will be transferred by client and dotJenna International and/or The Marketing Shop.com. We agree to keep Client’s information confidential. We will not disclose information related to Client’s confidential business practices. We will use the information received from Client only in the process of evaluating and conducting web marketing as agreed.
dotJenna International reserves the right to update our policies and procedures at any time without notice.
