Billing Support
Monthly Recurring Fees
Monthly Billing: All recurring fees are month-to-month. Billing starts at the first day of the next calendar month after your site is launched. The charges for the month are collected in advance by credit card from the 25-31st of the previous month.
Credit Card Payments: We gladly accept the following forms of payment for monthly fees: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or PayPal through the monthly subscription program. We are unable to accept checks at this time for monthly fees.
Credit Card Issues: It is the Client’s responsibility to notify us of any changes in credit card number or expiration dates. We will notify Client by e-mail if credit card is declined. Fees not paid by the 15th will result in the interruption of services.
Credit Card Changes: Changes to the credit card should be made by client in the Client Control Panel (CCP).
Billing Issues & Charge Backs: If you have a billing issue that needs to be resolved, please contact us directly, not the credit card company. We will research the issue and provide a refund if any charges are made in error. If a chargeback is made for services that are currently being rendered, or for an item that is in dispute, your website hosting services may be interrupted.

Other Charges
Other Payment: Payment terms are listed within your Agreement. Sales taxes of 8.25% apply to a base of $40 per hosting or SEO agreement and to a base of $500 per new website build.
Website Additions: Website additions such as content, programming, forms, training, consulting, webpages, tools, code or other elements that are not included in the Website Agreement are subject to additional fees. Fees for website additions are charged in advance.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund Policy: Clients are billed in advance for work performed. We do not offer refunds.
Cancellations: Cancellations require a 30 day notice prior to the first day of the next billing cycle by signing our cancellation form and faxing it to us at 972-335-9929, or emailing it to tms@themarketingshop.com. We are not responsible for website maintenance after cancellation. Please see our Cancellations Policy.
Website Hosting: If Client chooses not to participate in monthly services, the account hosting fees are athe monthly fees for hosting are billed automatically on the last week of the month.
